RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your CAPALL Equestrian purchase, if however you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we want to make the return process as simple as possible. CAPALL Equestrian in this case will offer a refund, credit note or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.

We ask that for that items to be eligible for return, they must be returned in their original, unworn condition, unless deemed faulty by our team.

Temporary promotion on full price/Sale/Markdown items: CAPALL Equestrian agrees to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 10 days from the date of delivery. Sale/Promotional/Markdown items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.

Final sale items: CAPALL Equestrian does not accept any returns (inclusive of refunds, credit notes or exchange) for final sale items unless deemed faulty by our team. These items have been marked down to clear. This includes already reduced items purchased with a further discount or items marked as final sale. To initiate a return, click HERE.

Delivery Options:

* Delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is dispatched.

Australia:

Standard Delivery - 2 – 10 Business Days
Express Delivery - 1 – 5 Business Days

International Shipping:

3 – 10 Business Days
Express Delivery - 1 – 5 Business Days

 

Duties & Taxes

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, CAPALL Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and CAPALL Equestrian cannot be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

Please note that all international returns for change of mind will be made at the customer’s expense.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners.

Follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package.

 

DESPATCH TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of order being placed.

Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched by COB on the next business day.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
